1、Engaged in research on diet, nutrition, and health, and has led 20+ projects, including a Sino-Swiss international project, a sub-project of the National Key R&D Program, a General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and provincial- and ministerial-level projects
2、As one of the main contributors, the project "Shuang Lun Qu Dong，Ding Tian Li Di" — Twenty Years of Innovation and Practice in the Public Health Talent Training System — received the Second Prize of the 2022 National Teaching Achievement Award and the Special Prize of the Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award
3、Published 100+ academic articles in domestic and international journals, including 30+ advanced research articles.
4、Director of the National First-Class Undergraduate Course "Food Safety," and the Shanghai Key Course "Nutrition and Food Hygiene" (rated excellent in evaluation).
5、Served as chief editor or contributing editor of 10+ books and textbooks
