Professor Gengsheng He

Vice Dean of the School of Public Health, Fudan University; Member of the Public Health Education Committee of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association; Chair of the Public Health Education Branch of the Shanghai Preventive Medicine Association; Vice Chair of the Obesity Prevention and Control Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society; Vice Chair of the 10th Council of the Shanghai Nutrition Society.

Dr. He engaged in research on diet, nutrition, and health, and has led over 20 projects, including a Sino-Swiss international project, a sub-project of the National Key R&D Program, general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and provincial- and ministerial-level projects.

As one of the main contributors, the national project "Twenty Years of Innovation and Practice in the Public Health Talent Training System" received the Second Prize of the 2022 National Teaching Achievement Award and the Special Prize of the Shanghai Teaching Achievement Award. Has published over 100 academic articles in domestic and international journals, including more than 30 advanced-level articles.

Director of the National First-Class Undergraduate Course "Food Safety," and Director of the Shanghai Key Course "Nutrition and Food Hygiene." Chief editor or contributing editor of more than 10 books and textbooks. Recipient of the Fudan University Outstanding Teacher Award and the "March 8th" Red Banner Pacesetter award.
