我院高翔教授参与申报2025年度河北省科学技术奖候选项目《心血管健康评分标准的建立、风险预测及精准干预》。根据《河北省科学技术奖励办法》（省政府令〔2024〕第1号）和《河北省科学技术奖励办法实施细则》（冀科成市规〔2024〕1号）规定，按照《2025年度河北省科学技术奖励提名工作手册》要求，为体现公开、公平、公正原则，主动接受社会监督，现将相关信息予以公示（详见附件）。
